This is a lovely 3 bedroom mid terraced cottage with bags of seaside charm and local artwork. It also has a fabulous decked and shingle seaside garden with beach hut!

Located in the heart of Whitstable, just a minute's walk from Harbour Street with its bustling shops and restaurants and 5 minutes from the harbour and beach.

Beach Hut:
To compliment your stay, it is possible to hire the owner's beach hut on Tankerton Slopes and enjoy all that this beautiful coastline has to offer. See below for further details, prices and pictures.

Accommodation:

Ground floor:
You walk straight into the lounge with its comfy sofas, lovely art work,wood burning stove and TV/DVD player. This leads through to a good size dining room with table and 6 chairs and Ipod dock. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and oven/gas hob. The downstairs bathroom has a bath, overhead shower, basin and wc.




Garden:
A fabulous decked and shingle garden with patio furniture.
The outhouse contains the freezer and washing machine.

First Floor:
Steep stairs with handrail to:
Bedroom 1: A good size bedroom that has been tastefully decorated with standard double bed and built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: This fun pink bedroom has two standard single wrought iron beds, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Second Floor:
Steep stairs with handrail to:
Attic bedroom with 4 foot bed, hanging peg rail and chest of drawers.
Ensuite shower room with basin and wc.

Beach Hut For Hire:

A unique opportunity to enjoy seaside living in your own beach hut on the beautiful Tankerton Slopes.

The beach hut is equipped with sun chairs, table and chairs, crockery and cups. All you need to bring is your picnic and a swimming costume!

Supplement for Beach Hut:

Oct to Mar  - £50 per week or weekend
Apr to Jun   - £75 per week or weekend
Jul to Sep   - £95 per week or weekend

Refundable Cautionary Deposit: £50
