Guest Comments:

Our group had the most wonderful time at The White House at August Bank Holiday - five adults, four under-tens, and a very well-behaved dog fitted perfectly into this beautiful, glamorous and comfortable house - there was plenty of room for all, and we wanted for nothing. The pirate ship was a big hit, and we loved the terrace and the extra deck - perfect for morning coffees in the sun, and evening G&Ts in the dusk! The walk to the beach is a gentle 10-minute stroll, and it's only about £4 in a taxi back from all the lovely restaurants & bars in the town, if your legs fail you later! We love Whitstable anyway, but staying here made it really special - and we will definitely be back - thank you, Gail & Annie, for your care and help - a smashing experience..... J Savage

Just returned from a girly weekend staying in the White House, Whitstable. Was to celebrate three friends 50th birthdays! Tha house was beautiful and so spacious. There was nine of us and there was plenty of room. The garden was lovely and as we had lovely weather we spent most of the weekend in it! The house is short walk to the sea and amenities making it a perfect location. Would highly recommend this house and hope to be back in the future. S Ives

We live in Suffolk and wanted a venue around an hour from London, to celebrate a 70th birthday. We booked the lovely White House through Whitstable Holiday Homes from Friday to Tuesday in order that our far flung family would find some convenient days to stay! It turned out a wonderful long weekend, the spacious 'shabby chic' house was perfect and with both a 3 year old and 1 year old, part of our 8 strong family, the venue was superb. Each evening a different volunteer was 'chef for the night' and the huge kitchen would make even Nigella envious!
We all had huge bedrooms, memory foam IKEA beds guaranteed an exaughted nights sleep, and the retro baths were fun for us all! With a pirate ship for the children and pool table for the adults ( or should that be the other way round?!), everything we wanted as supplied. We will certainly return to Whitstable and our first contact will be the charming Gail, that arranged it all. Graeme Birthday Pops.

We could not have asked for a more comfortable, beautiful place to stay for my 30th Birthday. The house is huge, and gorgeously decorated. There were fresh flowers when we arrived, and we were given a warm welcome by Gail. It is a perfect place for a group of friends, with enough room to relax, cook, play games, a huge garden, and extremely comfortable bedrooms. I can't wait to come back again. It was one of the happiest weekends of my life. Maddy
