'We've stayed in this house twice now and I am already looking forward to planning my next stay! I love this house. It's in the perfect location for the high street but in a quiet street. This charming 3 bedroom mid-terraced cottage has been lovingly restored and stylishly furnished with an eclectic mix of furniture and local art. It also has the added benefit of WiFi and a woodburning stove.

This 3 storey cottage is located in the heart of Whitstable's conservation area,just minutes from the shops, restaurants and beach. Perfect for family and friends.

Ground Floor:

The front door leads you directly in to the lounge, with its woodburning stove, two sofas and Freeview TV with DVD player.

This leads through to the newly fitted galley kitchen with dishwasher, large range gas cooker, microwave, washing machine and large fridge/freezer.

The dining room has been furnished with a wooden table and 6 chairs and painted dresser. 

The newly refurbished modern bathroom is downstairs and is equipped with a bath and overhead shower, basin and toilet.


The back door takes you out to the decked courtyard garden with patio furniture.

First Floor:

The first floor is accessed by steep stairs and therefore may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The front bedroom has a wrought iron framed double bed, bedside tables and lamps, two built in wardrobes and dressing table.

The bedroom overlooking the courtyard has a double bed, bedside table and lamps, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers and peg  rail for hanging clothes.

Second Floor:

The attic room has two single beds, chest of drawers and peg rail for hanging clothes. Please note the attic bedroom is accessed by a narrow and steep staircase.
