Ground Floor: The front door is accessed by some wooden steps. The hallway leads you to a spacious L-shaped lounge and dining area with L-shaped sofa and coffee table, woodburning stove and dining table with bench seating and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob and fridge/freezer.
First floor:
Bedroom 1: The main bedroom has
been tastefully decorated and has a double bed, wardrobe and ship's
chest of drawers, as well as a sea view.

Family Bathroom:
There is a walk in shower cubicle, bath, basin and wc.
There is no outside space at the House, but the owner's are more than happy for you to enjoy their Beach Hut on West Beach (10 minutes walk from the house) during your stay.
There is also private parking for 2 cars.
NB Trader House comprises of the top two floors of this property, the basement apartment is occupied by residents who have their own garden space.

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £15. However, under no circumstances are dogs permitted upstairs, in the bedrooms, or allowed to lie on the bedding or chairs. Dogs must not be left unattended in properties, or elsewhere and should be exercised outside the property gardens or grounds. Please note that cats and other pets are not permitted in any holiday homes without prior consent from the owner.If you do not adhere to these conditions, some of the cautionary deposit may be retained by the owner.

Rental Period: Weekly rentals run from Saturday-Saturday during school holidays. Weekend and short breaks are available during low and shoulder seasons.
