Beachside is a charming 3 bedroom house located on Terry's Lane and is just a minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

The house is been tastefully furnished throughout offering all the modern facilities with the comfort of a family home. It also has the benefit of two bathrooms and parking for 1 car. Two dogs are also welcome.

Ground Floor:
The hallway leads you to the modern fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.

The washing machine is located under the stairs. There is a downstairs wc and basin.

The lounge overlooks the enclosed courtyard with its table, chairs and bench seating. The lounge is tastefullly furnished with a 3 seater sofa, armchair, coffee table, Smart TV, dining table and 6 dining chairs.

The secure parking is accessed to the right of the property via a gate and access to the house is via the courtyard from the parking bay. Please note wide/large vehicles may have issues with access to parking bay -please ask at time of booking if your car is suitable

First Floor:
There are two bedrooms on this level. The first has a king sized bed with two bedside cabinets with drawers and lamps fitted wardrobe with handing rail and shelf. The second is a smaller bedroom with a single bed.

There is a family bathroom with bath and overhead mixer tap shower, wc and basin. 

Second Floor:
The sea inspired master bedroom has a king size bed, two bedside cabinets with drawers and lamps, large fitted wardrobe with hanging space and drawers.

The ensuite has a walk in shower, wc and basin.
