Butterfly Cottage is a charming 2 bedroom property, tucked away behind the High Street in the Knot's Yard private courtyard development and is just a few minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and beach.
The cottage offers very comfortable, modern accommodation, ideal for families or friends. It has the benefit of private parking for one car and a private courtyard space with patio furniture.
Ground Floor:
The ground floor of the cottage is accessed outside by a wooden staircase. The front door leads you into an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is a dining table and 4 chairs, and a double sofa-bed with chaise and a downstairs toilet. There is also a Smart TV.
First Floor:
The main bedroom has been tastefully furnished with a standard double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.
The second bedroom has a standard double bed, chest of drawers and hanging pegs.

“We stayed for 3 nights at Butterfly cottage with our 2 granddaughters aged 8 and 5 The cottage is in a great location in Knots yard opposite Wheelers restaurant in the High Street and a short stroll to the harbour and beach. Butterfly cottage has the added bonus of a parking space and a lovely courtyard. It is very nicely decorated and well equipped for a family. I would definitely stay here again.”
