The Boatyard is a charming 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located in Shipwrights Lees on Island Wall overlooking the beach. It is just a minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
The house has been tastefully furnished throughout, offering all the modern facilities with the comfort of a family home. It also has the benefit of parking for 1 car.
Ground Floor:
The front door leads you through to a large open planned lounge, kitchen dining area. There is a modern fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.
The washing machine and tumble dryer is located under the stairs. There is a downstairs shower room with wc and basin.
The lounge is tastefully furnished with a 3 seater wicker sofa, two wicker armchair and coffee table. The dining area is furnished with a large wooden table and 8 dining chairs.
The lounge area overlooks the small decked area where you can enjoy the evening sun.
The secure parking is to the side of the decking area and is suitable for vehicles that are not too wide -please ask at time of booking if your car is suitable. Access to the beach is via the public steps over the sea wall.
First Floor:
The impressive master bedroom enjoys wonderful sea views and sunsets form the Juliet balcony. The bedroom is furnished with a king size divan bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and fitted wardrobes with shelf and hanging space. There is a fabulous large walk in shower with basin and wc.
The twin bedroom has two single beds, bedside table and lamp and fitted wardrobes with shelf and hanging space.
The second double has a standard double divan bed, bedside tables with lamps and a fitted wardrobe with hanging and shelf space.
There is a family bathroom with bath and overhead mixer tap shower, wc and basin.
