Saltwater House is a surprisingly spacious end of terrace 3 storey Victorian cottage situated in popular Nelson Road, located between the High Street and the beach. It is within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants.
This charming seaside family home has been tastefully decorated throughout and has the benefit of four bedrooms, two bathrooms and one ensuite, large kitchen diner with access to a big enclosed garden.
Ground Floor:
The entrance hall leads you to the large bright lounge with its two distinct areas. One end has a large l shaped comfy sofa and armchair with lots of books and games for you to enjoy. The other end has another three seater sofa, occasional chair and two big floor cushions.
There is then a downstairs shower room with walk in shower, basin and wc.
The spacious kitchen/diner is fully equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and large American style fridge/freezer. There is a large dining table with seating for up to 8 guests. The bifold doors lead out on to the patio area and garden. The owners will be furnishing the patio with outside table and benches for you to enjoy alfresco drinks in the summer months
There is a separate utility room off the kitchen which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
First Floor:
The master bedroom at the front of the house is very spacious and has a king size bed, two bedside tables with lamps and a built in wardrobe with shelves and hanging rail.
There is a twin room with two single beds, a chest of drawers with bedside lamp, bedside cabinet with bedside lamp, and a desk with chair
The modern family bathroom has a walk in shower, separate bath, basin and wc.
There is then a great kids room with two sets of bunk beds and chest of drawers and underbed storage drawers.
Second Floor:
The double bedroom has been furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamp, built in cupboard for clothes and wicker chair. There is a shower ensuite with walk in shower, basin and wc.
