We offer a complete service, starting from the holidaymaker’s initial enquiry, to dealing with booking confirmation and payments, a complete emergency service in the event of domestic disasters.
We will promote your property through a selection of exterior and interior photos, and a detailed description of your property. Our team will all have first hand knowledge of each property ensuring the best possible service for enquiring holidaymakers.
We recognise that a lot of owners will want the freedom to stay in their own properties and therefore we will contact you directly with any availability requests from potential holidaymakers. Alternatively, you could provide us with a list of dates you require the property for the calendar year, then we need not trouble you with bookings outside of these dates. The choice is yours.

As well as letting your second home, we offer a range of additional services to help maintain your property or enhance your own stay:-
- Cleaning services between rentals
- General maintenance of your property through local reputable
businesses, including decorating or servicing of appliances.
- Garden landscaping and general garden maintenance
- Laundry and ironing service
- Fresh flowers
Our Charges
There are no registration or marketing fees. Whitstable Holiday Homes simply takes commission from the rental fee. Call Gail on 01227 281800 for our commission levels and fees.
Additional services are charged on an individual case by case basis as we tailor the service around you.
Payment
We make full payment to you by bank transfer after each rental and forward written confirmation of all bookings received.
