The Old Bakery is a beautifully restored former Victorian bakery in the heart of the town and is within easy walking distance of the shops, harbour, beach and restaurants.

This contemporary, architecturally designed end of terrace home is spacious and has been stylishly and lovingly furnished throughout by the owners. It has a large lounge and kitchen with dining area which leads on to a pretty courtyard garden with patio furniture. There are three good size bedrooms on the first floor, as well as a wet room with wc on the ground floor and a family bathroom of the first floor.

Ground Floor:
The front door leads you into the spacious lounge with a 3-seater sofa and two 2-seater sofas, coffee table and standard lamps. There is also a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV.

Walk past the stairs to the floor to the bright and spacious kitchen/diner which is is fully equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and separate freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher There is a round dining table with six chairs and also a Smart TV and some games and books for you to enjoy.

The bifold door leads you to the patio garden with its metal round table and four chairs, perfect for alfresco dining or morning coffee.

There is also a wet room on this level with basin and wc which is perfect for those with limited mobility.

First Floor:

The master bedroom at the front of the house is spacious and enjoys a large bay window. It is furnished with a kingsize bed, two small bedside tables with lamps, two contemporary modular units providing hanging space, dressing table/desk and chair and two large drawers for storage.

The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin and wc.

The middle bedroom has two single beds and a peg rail for hanging clothes. There is also a small metal cabinet for clothes storage with a lamp and a wicker basket with lamp as a bedside table top.

The bedroom at the rear of the house is bright and airy and is furnished with a queen size double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a modular hanging unit with a desk.

The washer/dryer is also in a cupboard off the upstairs landing.
