Pebble Mews is an end of terrace house situated in Victoria Mews, between the High Street and Regent Street. It is within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants and beach.

This spacious seaside home has been tastefully decorated throughout and has the benefit of private parking for one car, as well as a courtyard garden and it welcomes a well behaved dog.

Ground Floor:
The entrance hall leads you to the spacious lounge and dining area at the rear of the house. It is furnished with one large comfy sofa, large armchair, foot stools, TV with DVD player and You View. There is also a dining table with 5 chairs. 

The fully fitted kitchen is fully equipped with built in oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer and freestanding fridge.

There is a downstairs cloakroom with wc and small basin.  

First Floor:
There is a small double room (4ft bed) with large chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and TV.

The spacious second bedroom has a standard double bed and single pullout bed, wardrobe with drawers and bedside cabinets.

The modern bathroom has bath with overhead shower, basin and wc.

Second Floor:
At the top of the stairs is a landing with freestanding mirror and large chest of drawers. The master bedroom has a super king bed, bedside cabinets and dressing table with stool.

There is an ensuite shower room with large walk in shower with radio, basin and wc.
