Reef Cottage is a charming and spacious 2 bedroom end of terrace property right in the heart of town. It's located in a private courtyward development called Knots Yard, just behind the High Street and is very close to the shops, restaurants and beach.
The cottage has been beautifully and lovingly decorated by the owner. It has the benefit of a large open plan living area, as well as a family bathroom and ensuite, and private parking for one car. A well behaved small dog is also permitted.
Ground Floor:
The open planned living area, includes a large 3 seater velvet sofa; leather recliner chair, and TV; round dining table and 4 chairs; a modern fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washer dryer and fridge/freezer.
There is also a downstairs wc.
There is no courtyard or garden at this property, but it does have the benefit of a parking space in front of the cottage.
First Floor:
The spacious master bedroom with its high ceiling and polished floors is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, chest of drawers and large wardrobe, and has a shower ensuite with wc.
The second double bedroom is beautifully decorated and furnished with a chest of drawers with bedside lamp and freestanding hanging rail.
The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin and toilet.
