Tangaroa is part of the modern warehouse development in Sea Street overlooking Reeves Beach in the centre of Whitstable. This charming 4 storey family home enjoys wonderful sea views from the lounge and master bedroom. It also has a terrace off the kitchen, furnished with dining table and chairs and a comfy outdoor sofa, perfect for alfresco dining and morning coffee.

The house is just a short walk along the beach to the Harbour with its fish markets and café, and a minute's walk to Harbour Street with its bustling shops and restaurants.

Ground Floor:
The front door leads you into the ground floor hallway with access to the utility room and downstairs cloakroom with wc and basin. The utility room is fully equipped with washing machine, condenser dryer, iron and ironing board and hoover. 

First Floor:

The open planned hand built Neptune kitchen provides all the modern facilities including a built in oven, induction hob, individual full size freezer and fridge, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a dining table and 6 chairs, 2 bar stools for the counter top and a two-seater leather sofa to chill with your coffee.

The floor to ceiling sliding doors open out to the tiled terrace with its wicker sofas and dining table - perfect for alfresco eating.

Off the kitchen is a modern shower room with wc and basin.

Bedroom 1/secondary lounge (double sofabed): This room offers a dual purpose of either a third bedroom or secondary lounge for the kids. It has a three seater sofabed which pulls out to make a double bed. There is a flat screen Smart TV with NIntendo Switch on a unit containing drawers for clothes storage and some kids toys and two side tables with lamp.

Second Floor:

Bedroom 2 (Triple room) : The triple bedroom is streetside and has three single beds with under-bed drawer storage, bedside chest of drawers with lamp and bedside table with drawers and lamp, and hanging rail for clothes. There’s also a selection of childrens’ books for your kids to enjoy.

Leading off the triple bedroom is a family bathroom with bath, basin and wc.

Bedroom 3 (Kings Size bed with shower ensuite) :
The master bedroom has stunning sea views from either the balcony with its two chairs or from the comfort of the king size bed. The room is furnished with bedside tables and lamps and a walk in wardrobe with hanging space, shelf and drawer storage. There is also a dressing table with chair, lamp and mirror.

The ensuite has a walk in shower, wc and basin.

Third Floor:

The living room takes up the entire top floor and has beautiful sea views. There is a large modular sofa and two occasional chairs, telescope, coffee table and a large unit with a Smart TV and board games. Doors open out to the balcony with its two wicker chairs and two seater sofa and coffee table - perfect for sundowners and watching the beautiful Whitstable sunsets.

Parking:
Access to the secure garage is via the ground floor hallway where there is parking for two cars (not suitable for high cars with roof racks) and an electrical car charging port (chargeable at £50/car/stay). Additional parking is available in the Keam's Yard or Gorrell Tank car parks just a few minute's walk from the house. Alternatively you can pre-pay for a private parking space through www.justpark.com or find somewhere free on street in the conservation area.

NB The number of people using the holiday property is not to exceed the maximum number stated. This includes entertaining friends who are not on the guest list over to the property during your stay without prior consent from the Owner. Whitstable Holiday Homes Ltd and the Owner reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if the maximum number is not observed and in such a case no refund will be given. Children under 2 years are not normally counted for this purpose.
