The Look Out is located in the impressive new warehouse development in Sea Street overlooking Reeves Beach in the centre of Whitstable. This beautifully appointed modern 4 storey town house enjoys wonderful sea views from its two balconies, living room and master bedroom. There is a spacious terrace off the kitchen and dining area for you to enjoy your morning coffee or eat alfresco. The house has been tastefully furnished throughout with a Neptune kitchen and dining table, Swyft modular sofa, Tom Dixon and Floss lighting, as well as unique artwork by Catman and Mackie.
The house is only a short walk along the beach to the Harbour with its fish markets and café, and a minute's walk to Harbour Street with its bustling shops and restaurants.
Ground Floor:
The front door leads you into the ground floor hallway with access to the utility room and downstairs cloakroom with wc and basin. The utility room is fully equipped with washing machine, condenser dryer, iron and ironing board and hoover.
First Floor:
The large open planned hand built Neptune kitchen provides all the modern facilities including a built in oven and microwave, induction hob, individual full size freezer and fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The Neptune oak dining table and metal dining chair seats 6 guests, and there are two metal bar stools for the breakfast bar.
The floor to ceiling sliding doors open out to the tiled terrace with its comfy sofas, benches and dining for alfresco eating. There is also a charcoal Weber BBQ for you to enjoy.
Off the kitchen is a modern and stylish shower room with wc and basin.
Bedroom 1 (King Size bed) : There is a spacious double bedroom streetside on this level furnished with a king size bed with large under-bed storage drawers, bedside tables and lamps, Vitsoe hanging and drawer unit and Smart TV.
Second Floor:
The living room has beautiful views of sea views that you can enjoy from the comfort of the modern Swyft velvet modular sofa. There is a coffee table and a Bio Ethanol fire for you to use in the colder months, as well a large flat screen Smart TV. Slide open the floor to ceiling glass doors to access the spacious balcony with its bistro table, chairs and two seater bench - enjoy a sundowner whilst watching the famous Whitstable sunsets.
Leading off the lounge, you have the family bathroom with bath, basin and wc.
Bedroom 2 (Twin room) : The twin bedroom is streetside and has two full sized single beds with under-bed drawer storage, bedside console table and lamp, Vitsoe hanging and drawer unit and a Smart TV.
Third Floor:
Bedroom 3 (Kings Size bed with shower ensuite) :
The master bedroom is located on the top floor with stunning sea views from either the balcony with its bistro table and chair or from the comfort of the king size bed. The room is furnished with bedside tables and lamps, a Vitsoe hanging and shelf unit for your clothes, and under-bed drawers for additional storage. There is also an occasional chair for you to relax and enjoy the views.
The ensuite has a walk in shower, wc and basin.
Parking:
Access to the secure garage is via the ground floor hallway where there is parking for two cars (not suitable for high cars with roof racks) and an electrical car charging port (chargeable at £50/car/stay). Additional parking is available in the Keam's Yard or Gorrell Tank car parks just a few minute's walk from the house. Alternatively you can pre-pay for a private parking space through www.justpark.com or find somewhere free on street in the conservation area.
NB The number of people using the holiday property is not to exceed the maximum number stated. This includes entertaining friends who are not on the guest list over to the property during your stay without prior consent from the Owner. Whitstable Holiday Homes Ltd and the Owner reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if the maximum number is not observed and in such a case no refund will be given. Children under 2 years are not normally counted for this purpose.
